We managed to get off the interstate and made it to Jack’s Tire & Brake, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only did they immediately help us, but Jack’s friend personally went to pick up the tire we needed so we wouldn’t have to wait for delivery. That kind of above-and-beyond service is so rare. They let us bring the dogs inside while we waited, made sure we were comfortable, and were unbelievably kind the entire time. On top of all that—they were incredibly affordable. Five stars doesn’t even begin to cover it. Jack and his team turned a really scary situation into something that reminded us there are still great people out there. Highly, highly recommend.
